Connect to the System

1. Remote to APP as housingservices\Administrator
2. Double-click the LINK shortcut
3. Logon
   1. User: new
   2. Password: new
4. If asked to backup always choose “No”. Choosing “Yes” will corrupt the database.
5. Verify that the “Panel Phone” tab is selected.
6. At the bottom of the “Panel Information” box Click “Ok”
7. On the dialog “Confirm” box click “Yes” to connect now
8. On the “Warning” dialog box choose “yes”
9. On the “Connection Status” the account should be 1345 and click the “Connect” button
10. Click “OK” on the “System Link” dialog box [You may now follow the reschedule instructions if needed]

Arm & Disarm the alarm system

1. From the menu system at the top click the “Arm / Disarm” button
2. In the “Area Status” box choose Arm or Disarm under “Desired Action” column for the zone you want to affect.
3. At the bottom click the “Arm/Disarm” button to save the changes
4. Choose Ok at the “Disarmed successfully” or “Armed successfully” dialog box.
5. At the bottom of the screen to click Ok to exit.
6. Choose “File” and “Exit” to close out Link
7. Choose “Yes” to confirm exit.

Lock and Unlock Doors

1. From the menu at the top click the “Door Access” Button.
2. In the “Start at Output Number” box type D1 and click the “Request” button.
3. Select zone to change
4. Choose the “Unlock” or “Lock” button at the bottom The Status will not refresh automatically.
5. Click Ok to save changes.
6. To verify the change took effect repeat steps 11 – 13
7. Choose “File” and “Exit” to close out Link
8. Choose “Yes” to confirm exit.
