Snipeit Inventory Tracker

  1. Log in to <snipeit.housingservices.com>
    1. >Assets >Ready to Deploy
    2. Create New OR Clone Model ( >Actions >Clone Model )
    3. Asset tag: add zeros to beginning to make 4 digits
      1. Ex. CHS1 -> CHS0001; CHS10 -> CHS0010
    4. Include: Manufacturer, Model, Purchase Date, Purchase Cost (Retail Value), Supplier, Fieldset, IMEI num with (12 123456 123456 1) formatting
    5. >Save
  2. Print Label
    1. >Ready to Deploy
    2. Select items you want to deploy
    3. At bottom of screen, click dropdown >Generate Labels >Go
    4. Fill printer with Avery 5027, Avery 5026, or Avery 8425 labels OR similar-sized, two column, nine row label sheet
    5. Right click anywhere on the new screen that comes up >Print
  3. Checkout Asset to User
    1. >Ready to Deploy >Asset you want to checkout
      1. Make sure IMEI numbers match
    2. Place corresponding label on Asset
    3. >Actions (top right-hand side of page) >Checkout Asset to User
    4. In the drop-down type or select the name of the user
    5. >Save
