After the certificate renews

Open a case with SendPro Enterprise support and reference case number 28941587 so they can look up the notes regarding what they need to do.

Athens: AD FS > Service > Certificates > Token-Signing > Primary > View Certificate > Details > Copy to File > DER encoded .CER

Open a browser and go to
https://adfs.housingservices.com/FederationMetadata/2007-06/FederationMetadata.xml
Save the xml file.

Zip up the .cer file and the xml file and send to support.

**Last time they connected via Teamviewer and did a copy and paste to the tech’s Desktop.
