Lync Call Reports – Report Editing

• On Lymon open Report Builder 2.0
• Open Report –> Recent Sites and Servers –> https://lymon.housingservices.com/ReportServer_ARMON –> CHSReports –> CHS Call Detail Report – 20200413 –> Open
• Under Report Data –> Parameters –> right-click Department –> Parameter Properties –> Available Values
• Here you can add or remove label/value options. These items appear in a dropdown when running or scheduling the report. Any value added in the Department column in LYMON\ARMON\LcsCDR\dbo.Department must be added here to be able to report on based on this value. (The values can be anything as long as they are in both places.)
• Click OK –> Save
• Go to https://lymon.housingservices.com/Reports_ARMON/Pages/Folder.aspx and login with an admin account.
• CHSReports –> CHS Call Detail Report – 20200413 –> Properties –> Data Sources
• A custom data source –> Connect Using: Credentials stored securely in the report server –> Should be: housingservices\administrator –> Check: ‘Use as Windows credentials when connecting to the data source’ –> Apply
