  • Set as default browser

  • Install “FastGem” extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fastgem/fcjhdimolknpokenoelplhbcnhmbkebb?hl=en&authuser=2)
  • Install “Screenshot Capture” extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/screenshot-capture/giabbpobpebjfegnpcclkocepcgockkc?hl=en-US)
  • Login to Five9 –> Agent –> Install the Chrome extension and the Softphone app
• Citrix Workspace (Must be installed while logged on as admin user. Must select “Enable app protection”)
• Acrobat Reader DC Free
• Citrix Files for Windows
• Install the Device Trust agent for T-Mobile access (https://devicetrust.com/client/)
• Install and setup Teamviewer (https://get.teamviewer.com/chsintech)
• Add Sharp printer driver (MX-M363N)
• If joining the domain: Enable SMB1.0/CIFS & .NET Framework 3.5 & Telnet Client in Windows Features (Windows Home cannot join domain)
