Change Automated Outgoing Voicemail Message

Creating or Editing Holiday Sets:

1. Download this free utility to create Holiday Sets at http://waveformation.com/holidayseteditor/
2. The tool will ask you for the FQDN of the Lync Server use lyse.housingservices.com
3. You can either edit or create a new Holiday Set

Select which Holiday Set to use:

1. Go directly to https://lyse.housingservices.com//RgsConfig/
2. Log in with your admin credentials or administrator
3. Select Reception Workflow and click the “Edit” link
4. Scroll down to Step 5 and select the Holiday Set you want
5. Click Save

or

1. Go to admin.housingservices.com
2. Log in with your admin credentials or administrator
3. Select Response Groups from the left column
4. Select the “Reception”
5. Click “Create or edit workflow”
6. Select the service
7. Click “OK”
8. Select Reception Workflow and click the “Edit” link
9. Scroll down to Step 5 and select the Holiday Set you want
10. Click Save
