Updating the Certificate in Remote Desktop Services

Windows 2012 R2

  • Copy the existing PFX certificate file to the Server’s Desktop
  • Open Server Manager –> Remote Desktop Services –> Overview
  • Under Deployment Overview –> Tasks –> Edit Deployment Properties
  • Configure the deployment –> Certificates
  • For each of the four Role Services select existing certificate from the Desktop.
