Renewing a Certificate Originating from Stoneware

Use this only if generating a csr from Stoneware. If the .pfx file already exists go to this document. Installing Existing Certificate in Stoneware

Instructions

1. Open a support ticket with Stoneware requesting certificate renewal https://helpdesk.stone-ware.com/portal/home
2. Zip up the keystore file (C:\stoneware\config\chs.keystore) and securely send it to Stoneware at https://upload.stone-ware.com/
3. Stoneware will then generate a CSR and securely send it to you.
4. Use the CSR to renewal the wildcard certificate at GoDaddy.com
5. Once the certificate file has been renewed, download it from GoDaddy
6. Securely upload the GoDaddy zip file (C:\stoneware\config\chs.keystore) to Stoneware at https://upload.stone-ware.com/
7. Stoneware will then add it to our keystore file and securely send it back to you
8. Extract the new keystore file from the zip file and copy it back to C:\stoneware\config\chs.keystore
9. Login to https://stoneware.housingservices.com:8090/login.jsp
10. Settings tab under Server Control: Restart – This will restart the webNetwork services
11. Once restarted and tested perform steps 8-10 on our other stoneware servers
