Lync Administration Error

Insufficient access rights to perform the operation

  • Open Active Directory Users and Computers
  • View –> Advanced Features
  • Locate the user in question and open the properties dialog –> Security tab
  • Advanced –> Enable Inheritance/Disable Inheritance –> OK
  • Permissions Dialog –> Yes
  • Try making the change in Lync Admin again.
